Annette Gustafsson Guenther is a lawyer and founder of Law Offices A.E. Gustafsson, P.C. She is also the founder and president of Skybridge Resource Center LLC (“SRC”), a business consulting firm dedicated to supporting Swedish companies entering and engaged in doing business in the U.S. She has dedicated 30+ years to advising Swedish companies entering the U.S. market and supporting those already established, by applying her unique and versatile experience in rendering clients legal, business, corporate, operational, employment-based immigration, and administrative support and advise, tailored to specific needs of each client.
Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, Annette Gustafsson Guenther has spent most of her life with one foot in the U.S., the other in Sweden.

Pete Straka currently holds the position of Senior Vice President – Human Resources for Securitas Technology Corporation North America. In his role, Pete oversees all functional areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, union/labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee development programs, talent acquisition, payroll administration, environmental health and safety, legal compliance, mergers and acquisitions and other employment-related initiatives. Pete has over 30 years of Human Resource leadership experience with Panduit Corp, SecurityLink from Ameritech, ADT Security, Honeywell Security Monitoring, Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, SkyBridge Resource Center and Securitas. Pete holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Labor & Industrial Relations both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Jim Wilkes

Jim Wilkes is the HR & Talent Acquisition Director at SkyBridge Resource Center. He has over 40 years of HR and senior management experience and extensive knowledge across the HR spectrum, including executive compensation structure and incentive plan design, HR strategy development, talent acquisition, labor relations, and contract negotiations. He has a proven track record of innovative organizational design and development, and execution of HR strategic and operating initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. His experience includes client and company support in developing and implementing compliant and sustainable performance management systems, start-ups, turnarounds, acquisitions, and mergers, change management, competitive client-centric rewards, market aligned performance based variable compensation and other custom opportunities to improve business results.
In his free time, Jim enjoys outdoor pursuits, such as hunting and fishing. When not out in a field or stream, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Jenny Lyskawa is a strategic leader with over 25 years in banking, specializing in leadership, treasury sales, and sales enablement. She holds an MBA and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). An award-winning sales professional, she excels in portfolio management, client relationships, and employee development, earning multiple promotions throughout her career.
Originally from Norrköping, Sweden, Jenny first came to Chicago in 1995 as an au pair before returning to Sweden for studies at Linköping University. She later moved back to the U.S. on a soccer scholarship, completing her degree in Chicago. After working at Fiserv, she transitioned into banking in 2005 and spent 16 years at U.S. Bank in various Sales and Leadership roles. In 2021, she took a sabbatical year in Sweden with her daughters before returning to lead the Treasury Management Sales Enablement team at Bank of Montreal and has served as the President of SWEA Chicago since January of 2024.
