Elin is Project Manager at Business Sweden in Chicago, where she delivers analyses and strategic advisory for Swedish companies focusing on international market expansion, sales acceleration, and stakeholder management. She primarily works with industrial and mining companies across the Americas region and serves as the lead for Business Sweden's mining vertical in the US. Her role at Business Sweden naturally involves bridging the business cultures between Sweden and the US, and enables her to support Swedish frontrunners in making a positive impact internationally.
Since 2022, Elin is also serving as Vice President of Membership on the Board of Directors for the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, where she plays a role in fostering business networking and relations between Sweden and Chicago.
Originally from the Swedish west coast, Elin moved to Chicago almost five years ago. Prior to the US, she has also lived in Spain and Italy. Elin holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Financial Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg. She enjoys traveling but also exploring the diverse offerings of Chicago, trying to not visit the same restaurant twice.
