With university degrees in Engineering and Economics Anders joined Swedish Truck & Bus manufacturer Scania in 2004 as a Management Trainee. The first 15 years was spent within the commercial side of the business, defining the global solutions offerings and sales process. Anders always had a heart for people questions, early realising that the people and their competencies are key to success. When moving home to Sweden after an assignment as Director of Regional Office Asia 2018 the chance came to Head the 100+ FTE Scania Academy with a global responsibility across all business areas.
Scania is part of the TRATON group (together with VW Truck and Bus, MAN, Navistar) so from August 2022 Anders got the task to build a corporate University from scratch within the Navistar organisation, headquarter in Lisle (Chicago). Today, Navistar University serves the 15 000 employees with new skills needed to transform the diesel-heavy truck and bus business to a company that drives the shift to a sustainable transportation system.

When not at work, Anders enjoys traveling, and lives an active suburb life in Naperville with his wife and 3 children.
