Alex is a distinguished life and leadership coach, a mother of four, and an ex-collegiate golfer. She wears many more hats, including that of a wife, daughter, sister friend, Swede, aspiring plant-mom, and clean-freak.
Alex's coaching journey was ignited during her tenure as an elite golfer at Northwestern University, where she both received and provided coaching. Her professional career spans roles in start-ups and corporate Talent and HR teams, where she focused on coaching, leadership development, and maximizing peak performance. Alex holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a certified coach.
Alex thrived in talent management and HR roles at Morningstar and McDonald’s Corporation. However, after welcoming her third child, she felt a profound calling to create meaningful change for working parents. This led her to join Parentaly, where she contributed to significant business growth while expanding her own family. In 2023, driven by her long-standing dream, Alex launched her own coaching business while continuing her strong partnership with Parentaly.
Residing in Hinsdale, IL, Alex shares her life with her husband, Matt, and their children, Isabelle, Charlotte, Benjamin, and Sophie. Alex is originally from Stockholm, Sweden and loves to visit her family and friends there.
